SFB HR Support works with organisations to understand their goals and then plans the people side of how you are going to get there. You have a dedicated HR advisor, rather than a call centre operation. We are problem solvers and work within the law to your company’s agenda. We offer either a fire fighting service where we can come in and work we you to resolve people issues as they occur. We also offer a retainer service for a monthly fee, from as little as £150 +VAT per month. We don’t just prescribe set procedures we work with you closely to understand your company and where you are going to help you achieve the HR objectives.
We offer an initial free no-obligation HR audit so we are able to pinpoint any areas of improvement and to identify areas where your company may be at unnecessary risk.
Unlike many HR companies, we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to HR. We believe that your HR strategy should be customised for your business’s specific needs. We involve ourselves with your company, ensuring that all your policies and procedures are at their most effective and that you are meeting all of your legal requirements.
