This means that overruns are our problem – even if a job takes us longer than we expected, you will never have to pay more than the agreed fixed fee.

This means that you can call on us at any time knowing that you will never be charged for our time or advice. We hope you will feel free to speak to us whenever you need to, without ever having to worry about the cost!
Naturally, if the issues raised at any of these unlimited free consultations (or at any other time) require research or analysis beyond the consultation, we will give you a fixed price quotation for that extra work before any additional work is started.
Only if you agree to and sign an “Extra Work Order” (or EWO) to confirm that you are happy to pay for the extra work will we do anything over and above the work already requested.
