Do-It-Yourself with Sage Training!

Our Sage training gives you the tools to manage your own book keeping. SFB has a fixed price offering to install, train and support your organisation to use Sage. We charge £350 + VAT and we will visit your premises to:

Install Sage
Provide half a day’s training for your staff to use Sage and leave behind a training manual
Provide one month’s telephone support on Sage

You will need a licensed copy of the Sage software which you can either buy yourself or we can provide for you at cost price, which is from as little as £120 +VAT.

Basic Package – VAT Returns

We prepare your VAT returns on your behalf from as little as £150 + VAT per quarter using Sage to satisfy the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs and filing online. This does not include a book keeping service.

Bookkeeping Service

SFB offers a full book keeping service using fully qualified staff. The service starts at £20 + VAT per hour.

Deluxe Package – Management Accounts

Understanding your numbers is part of your business’s agenda. The difference between businesses that survive and those that thrive is that the latter understand the numbers in their accounts – which is where our deluxe service comes in.

With our deluxe service, we make sense of the figures and provide you with more than just book keeping and basic VAT returns – we provide you with comprehensive and easy to understand management accounts throughout the year. We also pick up on any anomalies as they happen, rather than waiting until the year end.

This service gives your accountant high quality information which will minimise the time taken to prepare your accounts, which will be reflected in your fees. In addition, you will receive meaningful information to help you run your business throughout the year. The deluxe service costs from £500 + VAT per quarter.
